Menu for this year's New Year box
We have put together a 4-course New Year's menu where classic ingredients meet new flavours – from Västerbotten tart with bleak roe to lobster soup and beef fillet, finishing with a tangy and creamy Key Lime Pie.

Serves 4–6 and is served on a spoon. A real New Year's favourite together with a glass of fizz – with or without alcohol – or cold vodka.
